Virtual Therapy for LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent Adults in Pennsylvania | Services
Therapy & Support Services
Therapy should meet you where you are, not the other way around.
I offer virtual individual therapy, support groups, provider consultation, and trainings for organizations across Pennsylvania, all rooted in trauma-informed and gender-affirming care.
Whether you are navigating trauma, burnout, ADHD, identity stress, or trying to exist in systems that were never designed with you in mind, you don’t have to carry it alone.
What you may be navigating
People come to therapy for many reasons.
Below are some of the experiences we may explore together.

Learn ways to calm racing thoughts, ease overwhelm, and support your nervous system so you can feel more grounded & steady in your daily life.

Virtual Therapy for Adults in Pennsylvania

I provide virtual therapy for adults across Pennsylvania who are navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, autism, exploring identity, burnout, OCD, and the general complexity of being human.
My work centers LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, disabled, and helping other helpers navigate trauma, ADHD, burnout, and especially those living at the intersections of multiple identities.
Witnessing the toll of burnout in veterinary medicine inspired me to support fellow helpers. Whether you're in vet med, another caring profession, or even a therapist yourself. You give so much. You deserve care too.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and always at your pace. You are encouraged to show up as your full self. In return, I show up as my full self too. My AuDHD brain does not really understand the concept of a “blank slate therapist.” Authenticity is non-negotiable here. That means no masks, no pretending, and honestly? Sometimes a well-earned expletive. You're safe to be fully human in this space.
Sessions are held virtually through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, using evidence-based methods that can be adapted to your needs, goals, and any access or disability support that helps you feel more comfortable and supported.
Approaches may include:
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Somatic techniques
Creative tools like art, movement, or other forms of expression may also be incorporated when helpful and always optional.
Together we work to:
-
Build coping skills that actually fit your life
-
Strengthen emotional regulation
-
Calm the nervous system
-
Reduce burnout and overwhelm
Together, these skills support real, lasting change, so that daily life feels less like something happening to you and more like something you're actually in charge of.

Group Therapy
Group therapy can offer something individual therapy sometimes cannot: the reminder that you are not alone. Groups are intentionally small, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming spaces designed to support connection, skill building, and shared understanding.
Groups are held virtually for adults located in Pennsylvania and are built with sensory needs and clear expectations at the forefront, so you feel prepared and supported from day one.
A trauma-informed therapy group focused on support, connection, and caring for yourself during ongoing change and unpredictability. This group supports individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm, with practices rooted in IFS, DBT, ACT, and somatic work. Emphasis is placed on nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and reducing isolation through shared understanding.

Costs & Accessibility
Accessibility and equitable cost are extremely important to me.
For that reason, therapy services use the Green Bottle Model, an honor-system model that allows clients to choose a session fee based on their current financial situation.
Clients who are able to pay the full rate help make lower-cost therapy spots possible for others in the community. You can learn more about the Green Bottle Model and it's sliding scale options on the Costs page.
